Are you making sure to completely engage your core when you're doing squats? Is your stance too narrow? Hip-width is a good starting distance for your feet. Enganging your core muscles stabilizes your body and protects your lower back from injury. If you haven't tried those tips, try them! They'd probably help with your squats! :D

Also, I started doing squats with weights again today. I don’t really like using the barbell though, my balance is horrible and I genuinely struggle to keep upright with it on my shoulders.
My next best option is to use dumbells, I guess.

Got a new bra, because my boobs have shrunk and now I can aaaalmost fit into a D. The E and F cup bras I used to be too big for are also starting to fit better now too, yaaay!
